The pubs ever changing specials board, incorporating fresh, local and seasonal produce is there for you to enjoy such dishes as Pan fried Supreme of Hake with saute potatoes, spinach and peas and a beurre blanc sauce or Roasted Rump of Lamb with five bean cassoulet and rainbow vegetables or maybe Slow Cooked Belly of Pork with poached peach, dauphinoise potatoes, crackling dust and plum jus.
